Both use a 77kWh usable battery, but the 55 quattro adds a second front motor for AWD and raises DC charging from 135kW to 175kW. The trade-off is reduced WLTP range, 290 miles versus 316, and a higher list price.
No. Like all current Q4 e-tron variants, the 55 quattro has no bidirectional charging capability; no V2L, V2H, or V2G. For V2G eligibility via Octopus Power Pack, the Nissan Leaf e+ (CHAdeMO) is currently the most accessible UK option.
The IONIQ 5 Long Range AWD uses Hyundai's 800V architecture with up to 220kW DC charging and offers V2L at 3.6kW. The Q4 55 quattro peaks at 175kW DC and has no V2L, but Audi's cabin is widely considered more premium.
