Before you list
Is listing really free?
Yes. A standard listing is free to submit and free to keep. There's no trial period and we don't ask for payment details to publish it. The only paid option is a featured listing, which is entirely optional.
How long does it take to go live?
We aim to verify and publish every listing within two working days of receiving it. If anything is missing or we cannot verify a detail, we email you rather than publishing something we are not sure about.
How do you order installers on the page?
Standard listings are ordered by our own editorial criteria, such as coverage, verification status and how complete the profile is. That order is not for sale. Featured listings sit in a separate slot at the top of the city page and are always labelled as featured.
What does a featured listing include?
A featured listing places your company in a labelled slot at the top of the city pages you cover, from £39/month plus VAT. It is a more prominent, clearly marked placement. It does not change the order of the standard listings below it, and we never describe it as a higher ranking.
How do I update or remove my listing?
Email us at partners@bestchargers.co.uk from your registered address and we’ll update or remove your listing, usually within two working days. You can change your coverage, brands, description or contact details at any time.
